| As its significant influence on students’ career, college choosing was paid keen attention by the whole society. However, academic research on this area is yet to be strengthened. In the purpose of further analyzing candidates’ behavior during their college choosing, this study adopt approaches such as questionnaires and interviews on candidates, parents and high school teachers to make clear their relationships,and to clarify their roles in the progress of college choosing. The study found that, candidates play a dominant role in the progress, followed by parents, salted friends and teachers; Network has become the most important source of information, and it was most trust by candidates and their parents; Candidates and their parents had misunderstanding in the function of college. Despite of divergences, candidates and their parents can meet an agreement on college choosing issues; This study also found that gender, urban-rural has nothing to do with their choosing behavior, while the family economic condition has to some extent affected candidates’ selection. The researchers recommended that applicants should be fully aware of the proper function of "University", and make a mental preparation to admission. In addition, candidates and parents should maintain this healthy communication and strengthen their ability in information collection and screening; Researchers suggest that the government and college to strengthen cooperation and apply trial implementation like "several exam a year" and non-exam admission; Moreover, the researchers also suggested that college devote its resource on staff and campus facilities improvement, graduates career guidance, etc. In order to enhance the attractiveness of universities for applicants.
