Power quality is an important symbol of the development level of the athletes’ physical training, but also the basis of all of the physical quality, the maximum strength is also the important decisions of the athletic ability. The centrifugal force power quality factors is important one annulus, eccentric muscle strength development can effectively increase the lower extremity stability, effectively enhance the maximum force, indirectly enhance special forces, so as to improve the sports performance. The present study, concentric and eccentric training effect on the naximum muscle strength and concentric with the relevant research the rela(?)ship between the factors and the speed of the rare eccentric training.This paper attempts to lower limb training in the most common barbell squat exercise as the research means, to articulate the effect of different centrifugal speed strength training on lower extremity of maximum strength and girth, provides the theory support for the application of the centrifugal centripetal 1 combined with strength training.Randomized 20 patients without system strength training Beijing Sport University freshman boys were divided into 2 groups:group F (rapid centrifugal speeds quat), group S (slow speed centrifugation squat) respectively for 8 weeks of the barbell squat. Two groups of subjects take the same speed centrifugal centripetal contraction, shrinkage of different speed squat training. Concentric contraction time of the two groups was 1~1.5s; group F (rapid centrifugal squat group) of the centrifugal contraction time is 1~1.5s; group S (slow centrifugal squat group)of the centrifugal contraction time is 2.5~3s.8 weeks after the end of the two subjects of lower extremity by measuring maximum strength and thigh length girth, analysis and comparison.Results:1. group F (rapid barbell squat group) in an 8 week rapid centrifugal speed a barbell squat training, maximum thigh dimensions significantly increased; group S (slow barbell squat group) in an 8 week special centrifugal speed a barbell squat training, lower extremity strength greatly increase the maximum.2. group F (rapid barbell squat group) in an 8 week rapid centrifugal speed a barbell squat training, maximum thigh dimensions significantly increased; group S(slow barbell squat group) in an 8 week special centrifugal speed barbell squat training, lower extremity strength greatly increase the maximum.Conclusions:1. fast and slow speed centrifugation squat training can improve the maximum strength of lower limbs, slow speed centrifugation squat training effect more obvious.2. the fast and slow centrifugal speed squat can increase the dimension of the thigh. The relationship between the thigh and lower limb dimension maximal strength is not clear.
