1.Research purpose:(1)Use the Cite Space scientific knowledge mapping software to understand the research hotspots of "pad heel","squat" and "surface electromyography" in the past20 years at home and abroad, and provide reference for the research part of this experiment;(2)Explore the training methods and training effects of two different foot padding methods. The surface electromyography technique was used to test and 34 subjects were compared between the habitual and training methods. The characteristics of electromyography and strength in two different foot states were compared to explore the best way to step on the feet.In order to enrich the theory of squat training,it aims to improve the efficiency of training practice and has a certain promoting effect.2.Research methods:(1)Select the Web of Science core database and CNKI database, and search for relevant literature in the past 20 years with the keywords of "pad heel","squat" and "surface electromyography" as keywords.Use Cite Space.5.6.R1 visual analysis software to analyze the literature;(2)The experimental method was used to comparatively study the effects of two different stepping methods on the maximum squat strength and surface EMG.Using the Delsys Tringo EMG test system and Sony HD camera,EMG and video are used to collect muscle strength characteristics of male college students in the colleges and universities who are accustomed to the foot padding method. The original EMG is analyzed and processed by Delsys Tringo's own analysis software EMG Server, and the integrated EMG value(i EMG),the original EMG value, the root mean square value(RMS)and the average power frequency(MPF)value are derived. The original EMG values ??were normalized by amplitude and time normalized. The amplitude normalization was performed in Microsoft Excel 2016,and the time normalization was processed one by one in Matlab R2019 a.Both the multi-layer analysis chart and the EMG model chart were completed in Origin 9.1.A graph of the percentage of muscle work done in Microsoft Excel 2016.Through pre-testing and post-testing1 RM muscle myoelectricity data and strength data, based on mathematical statistics and theoretical analysis, the status of 1RM myoelectricity change and muscle strength of male college sports major male students were studied.3.Research results:(1)(1)From 2000 to 2019,the number of published articles on domestic electromyography research squat is divided into three stages: slow growth period, rapid growth period, and stable development period, and the overall development is stable and high-yield.There are three stages in the use of EMG to study squats abroad:low-speed plateau,W-phase,and V-phase.The overall trend is increasing year by year. The main journals at home and abroad that use EMG to study squats are medical and sports journals.Colleges and universities at home and abroad mainly account for a large proportion of squat research EMG.Domestically distributed in comprehensive universities, medical schools and sports colleges, foreign countries are concentrated in comprehensive colleges. The leading person in squat research in domestic electromyography is Wu Xinyan(4 articles),and Saeterbakken,AH(16 articles)abroad. The cooperation between domestic and foreign authors is close. The United States(113 articles)is the country that has published the most articles on the use of electromyography to study squats abroad.(2)Keyword research on domestic electromyography research squats focuses on three aspects: stroke, kinematics, and lower limbs, and analyzes the measurement site, matching special sports and medical items. The squats of EMG research abroad focus on three aspects of muscle activity, dynamic exercise and muscle movement.(3)The squats of EMG research at home and abroad are mainly divided into four parts. One is to study the muscle measurement site according to the characteristics of surface EMG.The main domestic research sites are the peroneus longus and quadriceps. The main research sites abroad are the lateral femoral muscles, plantar flexors and calf extensors.Second, according to the squat training method, there are certain studies on vibration training and non-stability training at home and abroad. The third is sports. The domestic sports for squat testing of myoelectricity are mainly tai chi and competitive aerobics, but the main project for studying squats with myoelectricity abroad is weightlifting.Fourth, based on medical project research, the country mainly studies stroke, gait analysis and other speed measuring instruments to implement rehabilitation training. The main research abroad is the diagnosis of electromyography when squatting in patients with low back pain.(2)The experiment was an empirical intervention study, and 34 subjects were divided into two major groups through the habitual stepping method.Using SPSS25.0software,the two large group members were divided into 2 groups by random grouping, that is,a total of 4 groups(shown as ABCD group in this article)to intervene in 2 different footsteps. The subjects in the flat group and the foot pad group were tested for the maximum squat strength(uniform squat rate, width, opening and height)of the RM before the experiment and synchronized signal acquisition was performed using surface electromyography instruments.8 weeks of intervention time,2 trainings per week, each training needs to complete 5 groups of 8 times each group80% of the weight of 1RM training for squat strength training, measure the maximumsquat strength of RM through intervention footing method and after the experiment(with Pre-test consistent),the following results are obtained:(1)Habit and training methods have no effect on the main muscle groups. The training method has no effect on the main muscle groups. The support method is the most important. The training method does not change the main work muscle groups of the original support habits.(2)Different foot padding methods and training methods will cause the muscle activation sequence to change. In the muscle force sequence, the anterior tibial muscle probability is used as the first muscle to start when the flexion and squat starts, and the medial and lateral femoral muscles are used as the last activated muscle.(3)After the experiment, the measured RMS value is compared with the pre-measured RMS value. It is concluded that the squat training of the foot pads has a significant change in the strength growth of the erector spinae. The squat crowd(group D)through training changes the foot padding method,so that the squat foot pad will make the strength of the lateral femoral muscle and rectus femoris significantly change.Compared with the pre-experiment measurement, the MPF value measured after the experiment was compared with the pre-experiment measurement. The anti-fatigue ability of the medial femoral muscle and the tibialis anterior muscle increased after experimental intervention. The change of the anti-fatigue ability can also make the change of the tibialis anterior muscle very significant.(4)There is no obvious difference between the customary method and the training method for the maximum squat strength of RM with different footing methods. Therefore, for power growth, both foot padding methods are feasible.4.Research conclusion:(1)The interest in squatting in EMG research is increasing, which has a good impact on the research in this area.(2)Both of the foot padding methods are feasible, the surface EMG is not much different, and it has no substantial effect on the growth of squat strength. The main conclusions are:(1)The support method has an effect on the main muscle groups;(2)The support method has an effect on the muscle activation sequence.(3)Training method has no effect on the main muscle groups;(4)Training method has an effect on the muscle activation sequence;(5)Training has a significant effect on the individual main work muscles RMS and MPF;(6)Different foot training methods have no significant effect on squat strength.
