Teachers’ teaching language ability in class is a core skill, which has significant effect on teaching results. However, most first-line teachers’ teaching language ability in class can not reach our expectation. In this paper, to illustrate good teaching language ability, we choose a famous Chinese teacher as an example, Dong Yifei, whose style of teaching language ability is very special. Through the study of her, we hope that we can find an effective way to enhance the ability of teaching in class.Through studying Dong Yifei’s liberty, watching her teaching video, scanning her blog, we obtain numerous sensual material. On this basis, we analyze and study her teaching language related with the achievements of linguistics, psychology and other discipline. The author divides this paper into four parts. In the first part, through Dong’s growth, we analyze the formation of her Chinese educational concept. In the second part, in the influence of her Chinese educational concept, we study the concept and the feature of her teaching language ability in class. In the third part, in the guide of the concept of language, we study the application of her teaching language. In the forth part, we study the quality and self-cultivation behind her teaching language.From Dong Yifei’s teaching language, we hope to know how she obtained the knowledge, the way of thinking, aesthetic orientation and so on. Through displaying how she formed her style of teaching language, we hope to help the first-line teachers find an effective way to improve their language ability and form their own style of language.
