Due to the influence of exam-oriented education,teachers,students and parents all attach more importance to scores and neglect the development of students themselves,so that teaching loses its original vitality and teaching methods become more traditional,stereotyped and utilitarian,at the same time classroom teaching also loses its vitality,appeal and freshness.Therefore,new teaching methods are expected to be put forward in teaching,and educators have begun to study teaching theories and methods in line with the trend of education.If the teaching methods are not appropriate,the ability of thinking,language expression and writing of a student will be deeply affected.In order to make the Chinese teaching return to nature and the Chinese learning become more vivid,lively,interesting,many front-line Chinses educators have begun calling on humanism,for Chinese education to break out of the value orientation of devotion to the utilitarian and practical at the same time pay attention to the cultivation of their emotional and aesthetic ability enhancement,many Chinese workers are demanding the return of poetry.Many educators have carried out a series of explorations and innovations,among which Dong Yifei's advocacy of "poetic Chinese".Those explorations and innovations have attracted extensive attention in Chinese,becoming a new force to break the shackles of traditional Chinese,and hasve produced a far-reaching impact.With great research value,Dong Yifei is a frontline teacher who is well-read and talented and has her own unique views on "poetic Chinese",which are constantly deepened in practice.In her opinion,Chinese teaching should return to the most authentic state of mind,abandon the utilitarian idea,and transform the step-by-step study of subjects into the open study to liberate the heart,so that Chinese learning can become interesting and fascinating.Based on the pursuit of poetry and romance,Dong Yifei's poetic language aims at promoting students' physical and mental development.Not only will the students study Chinese knowledge,but also they will feel the mystery of culture,understand the true meaning of life to pursuit the true heart and soul so as to get comprehensive development.In this paper,the author has researched on the poetic Chinese's growth,related basic concepts and teaching practice through the study of her books,articles,journals,reports and analysis of typical examples.The paper is mainly divided into following parts: The author has concentrated on the research of poetic Chinese teaching and has summarized the basic ideas of poetic Chinese in teaching,to make them more systematized and organized.According to the method that from theory to practice,the author has combined the specific cases with Dong Yifei's theory so as to make the theory fully fuctions in the teaching practice.Outlines for a Mrs Dong's growth experience and exploration,summary of Dong's concept of poetic Chinses from germination to formation and development process,to explore a line at the start of teachers from teaching to form the style of the road to growth.Dong Yifei's poetic Chinese teaching idea has provided a paradigm for Chinese teaching,which has mobilized the enthusiasm of students,make learning Chinese become more relaxing and simpler.This method which abandons utilitarian has made students enjoy the poetic class to pursuit the real life.Such teaching ideas have greatly enriched students' spiritual world.The art of teaching with both attachment and sensibility also shapes students' interest in Chinese,they not only improve students' Chinese literacy,but also exercise their divergent and innovative thinking,enrich the content of Chinese teaching,and provide a paradigm for the growth of new teachers,which has direct guiding significance.
