| Independent College is a creative product of Chinese popular higher education system. Since 2004 independent Colleges were established and have been developed rapidly in Beijing. Now, there are five independent colleges in Beijing. Although, it has got some achievement recently, but there are large gaps between public universities and independent colleges in many areas. Independent colleges also deal with so many problems in the development. Specially,there are problems more obvious gap in the construction of counselor team. Therefore, the thesis focus on the following aspects: First, summarizes reality about national independent college construction of counselor team; Second, analyzes problems and reasons on independent colleges construction of counselor team in Beijing; Third, takes measures to independent colleges construction of counselor team in Beijing.The thesis mainly uses the method of literature analysis, questionnaire and comprehensive analysis. First, masters accurate data by investigating the case of five independent college counselors in Beijing.Summarizes problems about independent colleges counselor team in Beijing: scientific management system; counselor tedious work; counselor less experience and low professional quality education; counselor unknown career development and awkward position, large team fluidity and other issues. Second, finds the reasons on these problems: imperfect school management system; unclear counselor role orientation clear; inadequate counselor access mechanism, imperfect training mechanism; poor career development counselor, missing evaluation mechanism. Finally, puts forward suggestions to strengthening independent college construction of counselor team in Beijing: Nation gives policy support; defines counselor duty position; Integrates management system independent college counselor team; improves counselor own quality; promotes specialization and professionalization of the independent college counselor. |
