Construction of a high quality of secondary vocational school of accounting professiona "double-qualification teachers " l, secondary vocational schools cultivate qualified accounting personnel for the society is the fundamental guarantee. But Vocational School of accounting professional "double-qualification teachers " in Guangzhou City prevalent age structure, gender composition is unreasonable; laying particular stress on degree and professional title; no unified definition and standard of "double teacher"; lack of practical work experience in accounting; and problems of attaching importance to the school etc. therefore, on the basis of investigation to accounting professional teachers of 24 secondary vocational schools in Guangzhou, this article proposed the establishment of a scientific and reasonable teacher recruitment system; formulating a unified accounting standard of "double-qualification teachers"; the real implementation of the treatment of teachers, which can achieve the purpose of improving the quality of “double-qualification teachers” in accounting professional of secondary vocational school.
