The Research Of Teachers' Role In Value Variety Age

With the development of the social market economy,the social value bacomes varied. The fact of value variety has effect on the school activity and the teachers'ideas and behaviours. In this value variety age ,teachers should consider their roles,because the age asks them to do so. At the same time, it's a important way to promote the teachers'specialize.By the way of reading and talking this two kinds of mothod, we can understand the puzzle which the variety value age gives to the teachers. From the theory and practice the two sides, we analyse three kinds of teachers'roles: as the representative of the country and government;as the Pubic intellectual and as the self-shower. On the base of analysing carefully, we can stand for a new role of teachers in variety value age: the teachers should have the spirit of criticizing, have rational konwledge. Facing the masses'expctation, they should act the role of pubic intellectual according to their capability. Facing the variety value, they should insist on the social justice and truth as their value standpoint and have their talking right.
