The software of SPSS 19.0 was used for data analysis, the statistical analysis methods included descriptive analysis, t-test, analysis of variance, correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.Results:1. Learning burnout score was 2.87 ± 0.575 in male nursing students, it was at the medium level. The scores of 3 factors:depression, misconduct and low sense of achievement in learning burnout were 2.76±0.728,3±0.829,2.89±0.639 respectively. The highest score was shown in misconduct, and the lowest score was shown in depression.2. Learning burnout scores had significantly different in male nursing students grade, nursing enrollment, education level of father, mother education level. The first grade male nursing students’learning burnout scores were higher than the second grade male nursing students’(t=0.446, P<0.01); The learning burnout scores who chose nursing as the second and third choice are higher than the male nursing students’who chose the first choice (F=4.412, P<0.05); the male nursing students’ learning burnout scores whose father’s education level for primary school, technical secondary school, university, were higher than the male nursing students whose father’s education level for junior high school (F=3.271, P<0.05); the male nursing students’learning burnout scores whose mother’s education were primary school were higher than the male nursing students whose mother’s education for university, technical secondary school, junior high school (F=3.061, P<0.05).3. Resilience score was 5.02 ± 0.861 in male nursing students in the higher vocational college. By correlative analysis, there was a negative correlation between learning burnout and resilience in male nursing students (r=-0.290, P<0.05).4. Regarding coping style, the scores of positive coping tendency and negative coping tendency were 2.04 ± 0.466,1.33 ± 0.604 in male nursing students. By correlative analysis, there was a negative correlation between learning burnout and positive coping tendency (r=-0.227, P<0.01), whereas there was a positive correlation between learning burnout and negative coping tendency (r=0.220, P<0.01) in male nursing students of the higher vocational college.5. In the multiple linear regression analysis, the learning burnout and the factors were dependent variable, the general information, resilience and coping style factors were independent variables. By analysis, the influencing factors including nursing enrollment, organizational style, positive coping tendency, negative coping tendency explained 21.8% of the variance in learning burnout (adjusted R2=0.218).The influencing factors including organizational style, nursing enrollment, negative coping tendency, grade explained 12.7% of the variance in learning burnout depression factor (adjusted R2=0.127). The influencing factors including organizational style, negative coping tendency, nursing enrollment, positive coping tendency, self-efficacy explained 23.0% of the variance in learning burnout misconduct factor (adjusted R2=0.230). The influencing factors including organizational style, grade explained 15.0% of the variance in learning burnout low sense of achievement factor (adjusted R2=0.150).Conclusions:1. The learning burnout is overall in the middle level in male nursing students of the higher vocational college. We should pay attention to the male nursing students, especially those non-first choice nursing enrollment, low grade, low education level of mother. Teaching reform, values guiding intervention may reduce the learning burnout of male nursing students.2. The higher the student’s resilience is, the lower the degree of learning burnout is. It is suggested that the nursing educators help students to set up the target consciousness, and plan the time reasonably.3. The more active students’coping style, the lower degree of learning burnout is; the more negative students’ coping style is, the higher degree of learning burnout is, it is suggested that nursing educators should encourage students to use a positive behavior in the face of learning pressure.
