As the strength of sports has become a part of the comprehensive national strength,Our country pays more attention to the development of sports.As the most important participant,the study situation and mental health of college students majoring in sports are concerned by all walks of life.Learning burnout as a measure of physical education students learning status,effectively reducing students learning burnout is an important factor to improve the education quality of physical education students.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the learning burnout of college students majoring in physical education to improve the quality of teaching and promote the development of physical education in China.This research adopts college students learning burnout scale and positive psychological capital scale and simple coping style scale,professional sports college students in guangxi 583 questionnaires,discussed in guangxi sports professional college students’ learning burnout,psychological capital and the intrinsic relationships between coping styles and the related data of sports college students in guangxi elaboration and complement,Thus,it provides the basis for alleviating the learning burnout of guangxi sports major college students,improving their psychological capital and adjusting their coping styles.According to the research results,the following conclusions are drawn:1.Learning burnout of college students majoring in physical education: the overall situation of learning burnout of students is not good,which needs to be paid attention to.The overall burnout rate of students is 29.7%,and the number of students in learning burnout is relatively high.College students majoring in physical education and all dimensions show different degrees of difference in gender,grade,major and other aspects,but there is no significant difference in residential area and one-child situation.2.Psychological capital of college students majoring in sports: the total average score of students’ psychological capital and the scores of self-efficacy,self-confidence and optimism are all over 4 points,and the scores of toughness are close to 4 points,indicating that their psychological capital is in good condition.The psychological capital and the dimensions of physical education students have different degrees of difference in grade,major,residence and other aspects,but there is no difference in gender and one-child situation.3.Coping styles of college students majoring in physical education: On the whole,students are more accustomed to adopting coping styles with more positive components when they are in stress state.There are differences in the demographic variables of coping styles of college students majoring in physical education,but the differences are not significant.4.Correlation analysis shows that the learning burnout and its dimensions are significantly negatively correlated with psychological capital and its dimensions.The positive coping and coping tendency of college students are negatively correlated with learning burnout and all dimensions.The negative coping dimension of college students has significant positive correlation with depression,inappropriate behavior and learning burnout,but has no significant correlation with sense of achievement.There is a significant negative correlation between college students’ learning burnout and their psychological capital.The positive coping and coping tendency of college students have a significant positive correlation with their psychological capital and all dimensions,while the negative coping tendency has a significant negative correlation with their psychological capital and all dimensions.5.Regression analysis showed that coping style and positive psychological capital had predictive effects on learning burnout.The negative coping style predicted learning burnout positively.Coping tendency,positive coping and psychological capital have negative predictive effects on learning burnout.According to the above research results,the following suggestions are put forward: 1.Strengthen the ideological education of college students majoring in physical education,guide students to specify feasible learning goals and plan their learning life.2.Conduct psychological capital level test for college students majoring in physical education,and pay attention to those students with low psychological capital level.3.Pay attention to training students to solve problems,actively seek help and other positive coping methods,in order to achieve the purpose of reducing the learning burnout level.
