under the background of rapid urbanization nowadays, The children of migrant people are the new growing social strata, its education problem aroused wide attention from all walks of life, the study to the education problem of the children of migrant people, has realistic significance of research a hot topic of the age, and also the urgent needs to develop the education fair, as well as the necessary way to improve the quality of education. In this thesis, the author from the microcosmic point of mathematics learning, to research the mathematics learning and subjective well-being of the children of migrant people, combine the questionnaire and interview survey, has a comprehensive understanding of the present mathematics learning situation of the children of migrant people.This research mainly divided into six parts. The first part is introduction, mainly elaborated the significance, methods, contents of the research, and defined the relevant concepts. The second part is the research review, the author of the research had a comprehensive and detailed summary and reflection of the research status, found that the domestic existing research mainly focused on six aspects:the present situation investigation, the discussion of fair education, family education research, itself subject research, social integration research of the children of migrant people. Foreign studies have focused on education equity theory research, migrant children education problems and the countermeasures to solve the problem of migrant children’s education. The third part is the analysis of the children of migrant people’s mathematics learning, mainly including descriptive statistics, correlation analysis of the children of migrant people’s math grades, and the variance analysis between the children of migrant people and local students. The fourth part is the analysis of the children of migrant people’s subjective well-being, including the descriptive statistics of the children of migrant people’s subjective well-being, and the variance analysis between the children of migrant people and local students. The fifth part is a case analysis of the children of migrant people’s learning mathematics, mainly through the interviews of four children of migrant people and two mathematics teacher, provide summary analysis from children’s mathematics learning and subjective well-being. The sixth part is to summarize the results of the survey of questionnaire and interview, found that the average mathematics learning achievement of the children of migrant people is lower than the local students, and the achievement presents the polarization phenomenon; In terms of subjective well-being, the children of migrant people show a higher level, but in the each specific dimension of subjective well-being, the score is lower than the local students; According to the conclusion, the author combined with the connotation of education fairness, discussed and gave advice from education policy, school education and teachers’ teaching, in order to give some help to the children of migrant people’s mathematics learning.
