:China is striding well-off society, happiness has become a hot topic of current society, subjective well-being is an important index to measure the individual happiness. The number of China’s children with migrant workers in recent years continued to expand, the education issue has become increasingly prominent, children with migrant workers’ subjective well-being and school influence is particularly important.This study adopted questionnaire method, using teacher-student relationship questionnaire,study adaptation questionnaire, adolescent subjective well-being questionnaire as the research tool, randomly selected580junior middle school students in3middle schools were investigated, the results are as follows:(1) The overall situation of teacher-student relationship, study adaptation and children with migrant workers.The teacher-student relationship intimacy, attachment avoidance and total score were higher than the average value, conflict of below average. Learning to adapt the score and total score were higher than the average. Subjective well-being, school, environment, academic and free satisfaction and total scores were higher than the average family, friendship below average.(2) Differences between teacher-student relationship, study adaptation and subjective well-being of children with migrant workers in the demographic variables. Children with migrant workers and teacher-student relationship in general significant gender difference, grade difference, whether the migrant workers had the remarkable difference; study adaptation in general no significant gender differences, grade differences, whether migrant workers had the remarkable difference; subjective well-being in general no significant gender differences, grade differences, whether the migrant workers had the remarkable difference.(3) The correlation analysis, regression analysis and mediating effects test of teacher-student relationship, study adaptation and subjective well-being of children with migrant workers. The relationship between teachers and students score and intimate, attachment, avoidance and learning adaptation has a significant positive correlation between the total score and each dimension; the conflict and learning adaptation has a significantly negative correlation between the total score and each dimension. The relationship between teachers and students score and intimate, attachment and subjective well-being is a significant positive correlation between the total score and each dimension; there was a significant negative correlation between the conflict and subjective well-being; avoidance and friendship, environmental satisfaction has significant negative correlation. The total score of study adaptation and subjective well-being score and each dimension has significant positive correlation. Intimacy, attachment, learning attitude and learning objective and subjective well-being have multiple significant linear relationship. In the relationship between teachers-students and subjective well-being,study adaptation has the effects of partial mediating effect.
