Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China was held,the party and the country have attached great importance to the work of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.As the main channel of ideological and political education for postgraduates in colleges and universities,postgraduate ideological and political theory courses undertake the task of systematically educating postgraduates in Marxist theory.It is an important position to strengthen the leadership of Marxism in the field of ideology in colleges and universities,and to grasp the fundamental direction of socialist education.It is to strengthen and improve the work of ideological and political education,fully implement the party’s educational policy,practice the fundamental task of morality and cultivation,and realize the soul curriculum for the connotative development of higher education.Therefore,constructing a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system,identifying the direction of teaching improvement,effectively promoting the innovation and reform of postgraduate ideological and political theory courses in the new era,and then implementing the party’s educational policy under the background of the new era,and cultivating morality that meets the needs of the country High-level innovative talents with both talents and comprehensive development are of great significance.Based on the theory of constructivism and the classification of educational goals,this paper constructs a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system for the classroom teaching of ideological and political theory courses for graduate students and launches teaching evaluation to test the practical value of the index system in empirical research.Through a comprehensive analysis of classroom teaching,find out the main problems and explore strategies for improving teaching effects.The specific steps are as follows: First,on the basis of theoretical analysis,combined with literature analysis,policy text analysis and behavioral interviews and other methods to initially construct an evaluation index system.Secondly,the Delphi method was used to conduct expert surveys and inquiries,and the indicator system was revised and improved.Through two consultations on expert opinions,the evaluation indicators were screened,merged and revised,and the indicator system was finally determined.Finally,the analytic hierarchy process is used to consider the weight of the indicators to achieve the construction of a complete evaluation indicator system.In order to test the practical value of the index system of this research,a classroom teaching evaluation scale was compiled according to the established index system,and a graduate student ideological and political theory course in a certain university was selected as the evaluation object for empirical research.Test the teaching effect of the postgraduate ideological and political theory course of this school,diagnose the main problems in its classroom teaching,and propose corresponding teaching effect improvement strategies.After research and verification,we finally get a graduate student ideological and political theory course classroom teaching evaluation index system with good expert reliability,and achieve the purpose of further improving the teaching effect through the evaluation and promotion of teaching.
