In china,it had a long history of using story in teaching,as our linguist Wang Jun mentioned" children have no long spirit,must make them be free,when free,teach them allusions,"and stressed that "there are dead allusions and live allusions, teach them dead allusions everyday……must tell them live alusions……".Here allusions refers to the story. With the progress of technology and teaching theory,multimedia、e-learning etc being used in the history classroom,in aid of these teaching tools,the teaching role of story should have been more obvious,but the reality is not so.The main reason is the using of teaching resources is not enough.In order to further explore the role of story in history teaching, will make the using of teaching resource be the study points,and build the teaching strategies.In order to increase the flexibility of using story I added a "narrative".The paper focuses on narrative teaching of "what","why"and "how",including"how to do "is the focus of this article discussed.The first part is the concept of narrative teaching.First,the meaning of story、 characters、vector analysis ,and distinguish the difference between story and history story .The so-called "narrative story"refers to the story vision to think ,and play multiple meaning of story to rich the form of teaching organization, when this ideal was used in teaching history there is a discipline characteristic.The second part is the necessity of narrative teaching in Junior Middle School history curriculum.The story has a natural relationship with the history, and the story help students to improve students’interest, plus the narrative teaching conform to the teaching curriculum reform and specificity requirements, but also contribute to the goal of teaching implemented, all this shows the necessity of narrative teaching.The third part is the narrative teaching resource and the application principles .The narrative teaching want to play its advantages ,it is necessary to develop the use of a variety of teaching resource ,but also to continue rich its form and explore its different roles in different times,and also it is need to re-understand the relationship with students and teachers.Finally .summed up the narrative teaching principles :Ask for truth、Help owner、Diversity、student-based,t narrative teaching can not go beyond these bottom line.The fourth part is to introduce the narrative teaching strategy,it is result of combination of teaching theory and teacher experience,including story import、story interested say、story characters、story writing、story investigation strategy.
