With teaching reform, the constant compression in aerobics teaching class, whichcan lead to a widespread phenomenon-low demands on teaching. Make teachingprocess do not have enough time to cultivate the students’ creativity and excavatestudents inner potential. The only professor is complete the teaching mission--a fixed setof aerobics. Students just in mechanical imitation, there is no active learning. End of thesemester only learned to a hold, to master the basic method of practice and skills, how toscientifically correct aerobics exercise, improve their exercise capacity, has a certainaction choreographing capability, such as the teaching goal to reach.Students through mechanical imitation and in particular control under the situation ofcollective learning and practicing, to a large extent hindered the subject status of students. Itsinternal potential not positive development, students’ learning interest can not get effectiveexcitation, which affect the teaching effect. Therefore, in the existing classes should be activelyseeking a new type of teaching mode, make the teaching task and teaching target can be organicunification, can the teaching content and students develop effective docking. Open teaching modebecause of the uniqueness of the teaching means, teaching environment, so this paper tries toapply the open teaching mode in calisthenics teaching, in order to achieve good results.Open teaching mode can realize a variety of teaching function, can make the students’theoretical knowledge combined with practice, can make the combination of school resources andsocial resources, can make the students and teachers and books to adapt themselves to theclassroom. Is out of the social system of the new teaching system and social system closely with amodern teaching mode.In grade2014at hebei normal university in this paper, the present situation of publicsports aerobics learning, USES the literature material method, interview method,questionnaire survey method, teaching method and mathematical statistics methods, such as in hebei normal university public physical education elective aerobics level2014of2014students as the object of practice, carry out open teaching mode in the practice ofthe public sports in colleges and universities aerobics teaching research, through theanalysis of practical data, to explore the open teaching mode in colleges and universitiesaerobics, the necessity and feasibility of using analysis of students’ interest in learningattitude in aerobics after practice, the physical quality of students, for students to learnskills, and the influence of the effect of cultivating students’ creating ability and the impacton the students’ self-confidence.Through the use of open teaching mode in public sports aerobics teaching researchand application of the research results show that:1open teaching mode used in public sports aerobics elective course in colleges anduniversities is necessary, and is feasible for sex and maneuverability;2open teaching mode used in public sports aerobics elective course in colleges anduniversities, greatly improve the students’ interest in learning, students interest in learningand practice class is significantly higher than that in comparative classes students;3open teaching mode used in public sports aerobics elective course in colleges anduniversities, improve the student’s physical quality, by contrast, practice class and that incomparative classes physical quality has improved, but the practice class is significantlyhigher than that in comparative classes;4open teaching mode used in public sports aerobics elective course in colleges anduniversities, for students to master skills have significant effect, by contrast, practice classand that in comparative classes skills have improved, but the practice class is significantlyhigher than that in comparative classes;5open teaching mode used in public sports aerobics elective course in colleges anduniversities, students improved in choreographing capability, through comparing practiceclass choreographing capability is significantly higher than that in comparative classes;6open teaching mode used in public sports aerobics elective course in colleges anduniversities, students confidence rose, by contrast, practice class and confidence that incomparative classes are improved, but the practice class is significantly higher than that incomparative classes.
