The sports education model is a curriculum and teaching model formally proposed by the famous physical educator Siedentop in the United States in the 1980 s.Aiming at improving the knowledge of sports and professional skills of students,besides positively promoting students' sense of teamwork,interpersonal skills,and students' interest in learning and learning attitude,it also has a good teaching effect on the formation of students' social adaptability and lifetime sports concepts.Although aerobics courses are more common in college sports courses,but aerobics courses in college sports colleges are based on classroom teaching.Teachers usually follow a unified teaching plan and teaching a single method of teaching indoctrination method.Its teaching goals mainly focus on the development of students' physical health and sports skills.They ignore the students' learning needs and emotional experience,which hinders the realization of the reform of physical education in China.In this paper,according to the teaching characteristics of aerobics general training,the literature research method and expert interview method are used to fully understand the research status and theoretical foundation of the sports education model at home and abroad,combined with expert advice from the implementation of the experiment,process control,teaching evaluation and other aspects to start research and design.The use of sports education mode and traditional physical education teaching mode,which are two different types of physical education teaching mode,to carry out teaching experiments for experimental class and control class students;the questionnaire survey method and logical analysis method were used to compare and analyze the effects of applying the sports education model to college aerobics general teaching on students' aerobics basic skills and comprehensive quality,and the two groups of students for the semester teaching satisfaction and teaching effectiveness evaluation and feedback conducted in-depth discussion.Through the experiment concluded:(1)By comparing the results of the final two sets of students' aerobics skills assessment,it can be seen that the overall performance of the experimental class is better than that of the control class,which is mainly reflected in the composition and artistic points of aerobics.(2)The experimental data recorded by the experimental study showed that there was a significant difference in aerobic interest in the experimental class and the control class.Because the team group competitions,individual competitions,and final large-scale competitions organized in peacetime can all lead to students' enthusiasm for learning,so that students' interest in learning can be greatly improved.(3)The statistical data of experimental data show that both groups of students have certain fluctuations in learning attitudes,but the experimental class is more obvious.Mainly because the experiments were carried out in front of the students will be divided into physical fitness,motor skills,and fairly equal number of teams,through this form of group learning can students good study habits,at the same time,it can also help students develop the correct learning attitude.(4)Through the classroom observation and the analysis of the questionnaire collection data,it can be concluded that the collaborative cooperation between team members can improve the completion rate of learning tasks,which helps students to enhance their teamwork ability.Due to the role rotation,each team member bears different degrees of responsibility,which can also greatly improve the team's sense of responsibility.(5)After the experiment,the teaching effect and the self-evaluation questionnaire analysis showed that the students were relatively satisfied with the teaching of the sports education model,indicating that they would participate in the exercise after their spare time,and that through experiments not only increased the sports enthusiasm and athletic ability,but also increased the sports confidence and sports literacy.
