In the21st century is the era of talent competition, master graduate student as the mainforce of science and technology innovation in our country, as the main training base in university.How to better motivate their efforts to engage in scientific research activities in order to achievethe purpose of talent, is a key to the reform of postgraduate education. With the expansion ofpostgraduate admission scale, the existing double track not only caused serious financial burdento the country, but also failed to solve well the majority of postgraduate study life needs, tosome extent, also affected the quality of postgraduate education. In order to alleviate the lack offunding in graduate education, and further provide safeguard for graduate study life. Decided in2014the ministry of education officially launched a comprehensive system of charging. Basedon introducing the market competition mechanism in the field of graduate student training,through a series of perfect incentives, to find really like scientific research and has potential ofacademic researchers. For continuous and effective incentive of postgraduate, help to improvethe quality of postgraduate cultivation. After charging system reform, colleges and universitiescan be the country’s fiscal appropriations, graduate tuition and the funds investment, into theincentive in the total of master graduate student learning and research. The students’ scientificresearch to link directly to award grants credits with in a fair and reasonable competitiveenvironment appraisal activities, can inspire more graduate student active learning, more andmore high quality scientific research achievements of scientific research.In this paper, using qualitative research method, literature study and questionnaireinvestigation, literature of master graduate student motivation to comb and analysis. And thefield survey, the present situation of the graduate student motivation from the text level andpractical level in order to find the problems existing in the graduate student motivation, and putsforward corresponding Suggestions for improvement. This article through to three differentcharging system of the historical process of master graduate student motivation to comb, and thedifferent stage of master graduate student motivation "incentive scope, forms of incentivepurpose, motivation and incentive purpose" for a more detailed analysis of the three developmentstages embodies: incentive scope expanding gradually and incentive transformation from singlenationalization nationalization combined with personalized, diversified incentive form, incentivepurpose from quantity to pay attention to quality; Then, selected the four universities in guangxiand1pilot college postgraduate training mechanism, from the incentive status of mastergraduate student, SPSS16.00processing of the collected data for some of the findings, found that the problems are: ordinary little scholarship coverage, the level of motivation; Three helppost set unreasonable, lack of incentive effect; Small amount of low student loans range,incentive object area is small, the evaluation index is not easy to master, small scope ofincentives.Combined with the incentive of the existing problems of postgraduate, the author from theconcept of incentive, incentive process, incentive form and the concrete measures in fouraspects, the following conclusions: on the concept of incentive, to achieve "award for bestcombined with high art-type"; Incentive process, should take the student as this, follow theprinciple of openness, fairness and justice, to ensure measure diversification, the combinationof material incentive and spirit incentive; Incentive form, to intensify the scholarship incentive,three comprehensive mining help boost in jobs, stimulate students to participate in good faitheducation; Specific measures choice, government level: increase the incentive funds input, giveplay to the role of macroeconomic regulation and control; High school level: strictly all kinds ofperformance evaluation system; Supervisor level: increase the topic of teacher incentive;Graduate level: the correct scientific attitude, actively participate in the fair.
