| The new curriculum reform proposed to change the status quo too much emphasis on curriculumimplementation receptive learning, rote, mechanical training, promote active participation of students,willing to explore, diligent hands to cultivate students’ ability to collect and process information, the abilityto obtain new knowledge, objective analysis and problem-solving ability and the ability of communicationand cooperation. Problem teaching as a new teaching method to realize this goal is used by teachers, andapplied to many disciplines. Although this method is the general teachers skillfully applied in classroomteaching, but used the problem teaching in the ideological and ethical education of the high schoolclassroom teaching, there are still some problems, such as the effectiveness of classroom teaching is poor.For the poor effectiveness of the high school classroom teaching, this paper tries to use game analysis andin combination with the specific teaching practice of middle school ideological and ethical education andanalysis the behavior between teachers and students, to find out the reasons of the poor effectiveness, at lastput forward the corresponding countermeasures to improve the teaching effectiveness.First of all, this article used the pay-off matrix to state the game theory framework of the teachingmethod which used in the middle school ideological and ethical education from the perspective of studentsgame, teacher and students game.Secondly, combined with the specific teaching case to analysis the behavior between teachers andstudents, and find the reasons of the poor efficiency from the players and game environment, such asteachers’ teaching idea and teaching skill is low; the student’s problem consciousness, independentexploration ability weak; the influence of the education system.Finally, put forward the corresponding improvements: set up an effective Motivation System tochange the benefit of teachers and students; strengthen the teacher training, improve teachers’comprehensive skills; create a positive learning atmosphere, develop the students’ participation andproblem consciousness; optimize the educational system design. |
