Research On The Construction Of Agricultural Science And Technology Talents Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

The rural revitalization strategy is a major strategic plan proposed at the 19 th National Congress of the CPC,an important measure to solve the issues of agriculture,rural areas and farmers,and a significant historical task in our country’s modernization drive.It is an important task for us to accelerate the building of a contingent of agricultural science and technology talents for the new era and provide talent and intellectual support for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.The STRUCTURE IS not reasonable,THE cultural quality of agricultural science and technology personnel needs to be improved,the education and training is not in place,the capital investment is insufficient,the management and incentive mechanism is backward.The reasons for these problems include unbalanced and inadequate development,deviation of work focus,backward regional economic development,insufficient industrial integration and development,unsound innovation and entrepreneurship platform,and lack of systematic talent team management system.Based on the above problems,this paper combined with the actual situation of S town put forward the corresponding solutions,including clear goal of talent team construction,to strengthen the guiding ideology of talent team construction,clear basic principles of talent team construction;Standardizing the scientific concept of the construction of agricultural science and technology personnel team,so as to establish the modern concept of talents and stimulate the endogenous power of rural talents;Optimize the pattern of talent team management,strengthen the synergy of force allocation,use dynamic data to achieve linkage management,and build a scientific and standardized identification system;To build a good development environment for agricultural science and technology talents,so as to build a good policy environment,build a good social environment,build a good working environment,strengthen the fund guarantee of talent management;The cultivation and introduction of agricultural science and technology personnel should be strengthened,so as to improve the quality of basic education,develop rural vocational education,pay attention to the scientific training of agricultural science and technology personnel,and enrich and flexible methods of talent quotation.
