In2001, the State Council and the Ministry of education put forward the "implementationof national, local, school three levels curriculum management", three grade curriculummanagement system was officially confirmed as an important part of national basic educationcurriculum reform. And the development of school-based curriculum is an important part ofour basic education courses at three levels, is reserved for the10%-25%in the lesson plan, letthe school autonomy development for the new curriculum. The development of school-basedcurriculum in many ways is mainly for the national traditional sports development, and Li asthe indigenous people of Hainan, also has the characteristics of traditional sports. How toschool-based curriculum development and implement from the school-based curriculum tonow12years in Hainan? With this question, this paper as the starting point with the Li nationalminority tradition sports curriculum resource development, analyze and study the developmentstatus of Haikou city high school, in order to provide the corresponding countermeasures withthe Li national minority tradition sports better in secondary schools, It can not only enrich thesports curriculum resources can cultivate students’ consciousness of lifelong physicaleducation, provides the reference for Hainan Province Education Department of localcurriculum and school-based curriculum of each school system, and try to provide somereference for the majority of sports workers to use development suit one’s measures to localconditions of the sports curriculum resources in the region, the characteristics of the schoolsports curriculum, In order to achieve the goals of physical education and health course better,enrich and perfect the study of sports and health curriculum resources theory, the Li nationalitytraditional sports culture better inheritance.Random sample of15Haikou city middle school students, physical education teachersand related management, analysis on the Haikou city middle school development of Linationality traditional sports factors using the method of literature, questionnaire surveymethod, observation method, interview method, the status and influence of mathematicalstatistics. The investigation object of81teachers and728middle school students. I got conclusion and suggestion through the development of15schools of Li nationality traditionalsports projectConclusion:1.Constructed from three level curriculum proposed up to now, the school-based curriculumdevelopment in all the middle schools of Haikou city and did not implement.2.At present only Guoxing middle school has the Li Nationality Traditional Sports in the"Bamboo Dance" and "gyro" as a school-based curriculum,6schools in extracurricularactivities carried out before the bamboo pole dance, but because of the reasons to stop,8schools the rest did not carry out the traditional sports of Li nationality.3.The causes of this phenomenon is the teacher does not match, through statistical analysis ofphysical education teachers from the gender, age, educational background, professional、title,5aspects, the gender is mainly by the male, age from two high among low trend, education ismainly to undergraduate as the main but the professional tend to physical education;4.Not in accordance with the Li national minority tradition sports teaching, teachers lack thespecialized skills and lack of space and equipment;5. School of Li nationality traditional sports project and the propaganda is not enough, theextra-curricular activities and competitions are not many;6.The main factors affecting the students participating in traditional sports activities Li is,schools to carry out the corresponding traditional sports activity less and Li no oneorganization and guidance;Conclusions:1、play the role of the functions of government departments;2、the establishment of aneffective curriculum resources management system of Li nationality traditional sports;3、Strengthen the training of PE Teachers;4、The importance of teaching materials compilation and application of Li Nationality Traditional Sports;5、Give full play to the school principalrole, promoting the Li national minority tradition sports culture;6、To strengthen the system ofmanagement of Li Nationality Traditional Sports Teaching;7、Appropriate transformation oradaptation of Li nationality traditional sports and equipment;8、Rational use of folk and socialresources, and realize the multi-channel cooperation.From8aspects, Set up and implement reasonable to the Li national minority traditionsports project as a curriculum resource development system.
