‘Red culture" resources can be broadly understood as the revolutionary cultural resources in the physical and spiritual forms which is accumulated in the process of the war that leads by the Communist Party of China and national construction.We can see that there are so many researches about the resources of Red Culture through the literature search analysis.We can tell from these researches that its connotation is defined,the meaning value orientation is already very mature.In order to acquire the the value of education and education in the development strategy,different forms of conversion is needed.With its unique geographical nature and spiritual connotation,Red Culture in Hainan is rich in resources,which has a systematic exploration and research in the field of tourism,but not in the field of education which means that the various forms of development and transformation are needed.As the most intuitive carrier,Art Education can be invested with its practice to cultivate the value of development.On the other hand,in 2001,the Ministry of Education proposed the basic education reform to make the curriculum more suitable for the local,schools and students----"national,local,school three curriculum management" which can also be called the three-level curriculum concept of the new curriculum reform.At the same time,art educators are encouraged to use the internal and external resources for curriculum development to adapt to the development of local students.The "red culture" resource of Hainan is the carrier of the traditional revolutionary spirit of the local tradition.It is a manifestation of enriching the content of art courses and expanding the teaching method of art in the art of middle school.It is also a kind of local revolutionary spirit in the youth stage Inheritance and development.The author analyzes the problems and finds out the countermeasures by the research of the application status of "red culture" resources in junior middle school art teaching in Hainan province.The author explore the Red Culture art curriculum in the form of its curriculum development.The development of Red Culture art curriculum has converted the Qionghai Red Detachment of Women with the language of art by the previous comparison of screening,which is been introduced to the Junior high school.In Junior high schools,Red Culture resources are taught in the “comprehensive exploration” field with the unit teaching model.All these has its practical meaning for the cultivation of the self-exploration of the students and comprehension the essence and artistic taste of Red Culture theme works;all these also has its great significance to inherit and carry forward the fine traditions of revolutionary ancestors and excellent ideological and cultural consciousness;All these has its important meaning in developing the aesthetic ability and identity to the Red Culture of students,enhancing the education forms and resources of art education and promoting the continuous development and improvement of art education.
