Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection Under The Vision Southeast Region Of National Traditional Sports Curriculum Resources Development And Utilization

In August,2002, ministry of education has announced Guidance for Physical Education in Regular Colleges in which it points out that it is an important way to make full use of the strength of different areas. In southeast part of Chongqing where minorities reside, the economic and culture are underdeveloped. Thus it is difficult to dig out the traditional resources for physical education (PE). However, in order to merge traditional resources for physical education into the system of course resources of physical education, it is propitious to the reformation of physical education. And this is one way to accelerate physical education reform.Form the perspective of developing the resources of PE course in southeast part in Chongqing, this paper employs literature material, questionnaire, expert interview, and data analysis to investigate the present situation of resource usage in PE course in primary and middle schools, teaching content, the exploitation of school course resources and the evaluation of teaching content and implementing effects by teachers and students. According to the study, there are many constraints in PE teachers'educational views, knowledge systems, awareness of the course resources'usage and education evaluation.As the present situation and problems of traditional ethical PE course about the exploitation of course resources in southeast part of Chongqing, this paper aiming to incorporate the traditional ethical PE course into the course system in southeast Chongqing, to facilitate the reformation of PE course and to further prosper the traditional ethical PE course. This paper proposes ways and methods from two angles, that is, inner aspect and external aspect, to develop the traditional ethical PE course in southeast Chongqing.The inner factors are as follows:First, "matter cultural heritage education brings mistake" into nation tradition sports discipline construction;Second, boost a teacher educating concept, the instructor trains working;Third, reform the nation tradition sports project;Fourth, rational building-up science examining appraises system;Fifth, building-up nation tradition sports course development of natural resources makes use of the teaching fitting in with each other to manage system;Sixth, exploitation accords with student needing nation tradition sports course resource.External factors are as the following:First,Build system such as policy, funds guarantee that perfect nation tradition sports course development of natural resources makes use of;Second,Reinforce the research to Chongqing southeast area nation tradition sports course resource theory;Third,Build effective nation tradition sports course resource mechanism that the general public participates in broadly;Fourth,Build the nation tradition sports project base in school.
