The College Students Involved In The Problem And The School Socail Work

University is an important part of the education in our country, it can alsobe seen as a community with distinctive characteristics, with the change ofthe social environment, university students will come out various problemsand confusion with the changes of the era. In the new situation how to dealwith the work of college students education, moral education andmanagement is a common problem to all colleges and universities must face.The object of school social work services mainly in children andadolescents, and it is closely related with the children, adolescents’ education.Therefore, student problems of higher education must be solved by the schoolsocial workers. Nowadays all kinds of student problems in Chinese collegeeducation has become the knotty problem for educators and the whole society.Before writing this article, I had carried on the investigation on CollegeStudents’ problems in Youth Political College of Inner Mongolia NormalUniversity. A total of500questionnaires were issued, the actual recovery of479, recovery rate95.8%. The questionnaire relates to students’ socialbehavior, learning attitude, value orientation and interpersonal relationship infour aspects, the result can not be optimistic, of which74.1%of the studentsthink the current moral situation of college students in China,20%of thestudents think that it is poor, only5.9%of the students think that it is good.School, family and society has an inescapable responsibility to students,however, we can only begin to find the reason, to intervene it and try toresolve, therefore, promote the school social work shows the inevitability.The basic model of school social work intervention includes generic social work, such as case service, group activities, community involvement,and also including special modal in school social work. To face different cases,we should flexibly choose suitable interventional model to reach theinterventional purposes, otherwise it is impossible to serve and help the client.In the use of school social work involvement in student problems at thesame time, we need to think deeply about the position, function and role ofthe school social work. Only with full understanding of these, we can betterpromote the development of school social work.The school of social work in China is still in the stage of growth, thisprocess may be long. In the process of growth in moral education,psychological health education, class management and life management playsan important role. At the same time, it also can help students out of the plight,promote learning, enhance their ability to adapt to the society, and to promotethe all-round development of personality. Therefore, the school social workplays a multiple role in the process of problem solving, position determinesthe role. To complete the position according to the role, it can fully bring intoplay function of school social work.Get by the school social work intervention in the actual cases, theeffect appears most incisive, and it also deeper dig the new role from variousaspects of management in current higher education system at the same time.
