A Study On The Possibility And Funding Of Poverty-Stricken Students In Colleges And Universities From The Perspective Of Social Work

China's poor college students is a large group,the group in the study,life and other aspects of the existence of many difficulties,need from the state,the community in all aspects of funding.However,there are many shortcomings in the existing subsidy of poor students in colleges and universities,and can not fully meet the actual needs of poor students.The way of subsidizing college students is not only related to the growth of poor students themselves,but also related to education and social harmony and stability.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study how to improve the subsidy of poor students.Based on the theory of feasible capacity,this paper analyzes the feasible capacity of poor students by means of literature research and interview,taking M university as an example,and then studies the impact of the subsidy system of poor college students on the viability of poor students.Finally,Work to improve the way of poor students in colleges and universities,through social work to promote the viability of poor students in colleges and universities to enhance the ability to better meet the needs of poor students and promote their growth and talent.The research shows that: 1.The poor students in colleges and universities have some obstacles and difficulties in economic support in terms of social capital acquisition such as interpersonal communication,community participation,student cadre election and other human capital acquisition,such as professional knowledge and professional skills.2,the current state grants,national student loans,tuition compensation loans,school scholarships,work-study scholarship,hardship subsidies,food subsidies,food subsidies,,Tuition reduction,"green channel" and other means of funding system greatly alleviated the poor students in the study,life difficulties,effectively enhance its human capital,social capital and economic capital acquisition and other aspects of the viability.However,there are still a limited number of subsidized places,the policy is not transparent enough,the precision is not enough,the subsidy model is single,the material subsidy is neglected,and the lack of psychological support and ability development is neglected.The study suggests that social work should be introduced to make up for the deficiencies of existing university funding.Through the social work of the community to improve their communication skills,enhance the ability of social capital acquisition;through the social administration to achieve the precision of funding and through the expansion of funding sources(through the community to work to improve the ability of self-And so on to improve the existing funding system.In short,the involvement of social work can better meet the needs of poor students in colleges and universities to promote their ability to improve.
