In recent society, the age of primary students’sexual development is early, because some factors such as region, genetic, and food affect them. But we don’t pay more attention to their sexual physiology, sexual psychology, and sexual morality education. Primary sexual assault, puppy love, and sexual guilt happen frequently, and these cause great harm to students, their families and the whole society. Numerous studies show that we do the work of primary students’sexuality education, not only conducive to the cultivation of personality, but also establish the students’correct values of the future and these are the major issues related to student life and well-being. So, analysis of the main problems in our country’s primary school sexuality education and explore and improve sexuality education mode are very imperative.This research is done in a primary school in the city of Ulan Hot in Inner Mongolia. The author adopts the method of questionnaire, interview and literature review to do the survey. In the research the author found that the main problems existing in the sexuality education in this primary school is as follow:first, the setting of the curriculum is out of date. Second, there are no standardized textbooks and teachers, besides, the class has no guarantee; Third, school leaders and teachers still do not pay enough attention to the sexuality education; finally, the quality and effectiveness of sexuality education classes are not satisfactory. I believe that the cause of these problems have both internal and external aspects:external factors mainly our sexuality education system is still not perfect, the development of relevant policies and regulations lag times, and the shackles of feudal Confucian ingrained; internal factors mainly educators unscientific concept of sexuality education, school sexuality education teacher proficiency is limited, the lack of effective appraisal standards and lack of communication with other subjects. Accordingly, I believe, to be implemented in line with China’s actual primary school sexuality education, the first to fully play a dominant role in the school. This requires educators to establish a correct concept of education, while the state should be included in sexuality education classes as soon as possible to the regular curriculum system range, and actively promote sex education legislative process, the formation of professional education of teachers as soon as possible, and to encourage schools to offer sexuality school-based curriculum, and constantly improve the construction of campus culture system. Second, pay attention to the complementary role of family sexuality education. In order to strive for the parents’ understanding and cooperation, school should guide the parents to set up correct sexuality education and learn sexuality education knowledge and methods, and contact with parents. At last, we should unite all social forces, and guarantee the implementation of sexuality education in schools. We should play the role of functional departments, and strengthen the social regulation of the cultural market, and pay attention to the role of social education, and give actively guide of sexuality education. We also should make use of network information and technology, and build a scientific Internet Education platform.
