Sexology not only includes biological-psychological aspects, but more with social and cultural attributes. It is inherited or evolutes along with the historical trajectory. The biggest difficulty in sexuality education is not transferring knowledge, but getting rid of the "sexual stigma" as stigmatized sexual concept will make people have rejected psychology to sexuality education and hinder the teaching process of information transmission and reception so that double the resistance to sexuality education and make the teaching effect less effective. Therefore, the primary task of sexuality education is to carry out the Education of stigma that is "brushed the dust to see nature ". The concept of "sexual stigma" can be found in the historical and cultural origins, so sexuality education must follow the history. We should explore "the emergence, development and law of performance of "sexual stigma" during the evolution of social and cultural development and present these laws to the educated to help them thrown off the" morality" cloak of" sexual stigma", and see the truth and essence hided by the history and mindset。This study take one of the elective course" Overview of sexology " in Central China Normal University as a example. By pre-class survey, we can know how many "sexual stigma" concepts the university students embody and how deep the Influence is before sexuality education.. After a semester of sexuality education courses, we do the survey to the students once again to understand whether the concept of "sexual stigma "in the students is fading on and the cognition and feeling to sexuality become objective and fair. The results of the two surveys show the prevailing concept of "sexual stigma" in college students are:the negative perception of masturbation, homosexual discrimination, feudal Virginity residue and a partial understanding of the sex industry and so on. After scientific, systematic, objective and comprehensive sexuality education, the various manifestations of "sexual stigma" are able to dilute and the affects to the concept of the behavior of students have decreased. This article choose four areas, that is, masturbation, homosexuality, chastity, and the sex industry in the survey to describe a concrete manifestation of "sexual stigma" and explain the underlying law of "sexual stigma".And combine with sexuality education concepts and methods to discuss the teaching strategies of "the decontamination of stigma" and resolve "sexual stigma" under specific cultural background one by one from the roots to expose the essence, transfer sexuality information objectively and comprehensively and change the current situation of "sexual stigma "in the concepts of students. The after-course survey data has confirmed that the teaching strategy of combination of sexuality education and culture has a significant effect on the reverse of the "sexual stigma".
