Take school sports logic and theoretical knowledge and education,combined with surveys and interviews and literature and mathematical methods and theactual implementation of the effectiveness of college sports reform, Physical Education,Chengdu, nine private universities conduct research, including Sports Ministry leadersand teachers and students access to the investigation, such as the status of physicaleducation and sports teaching management, sports team training and experienceteachers and sports equipment and facilities related statistics and surveys, usingSPSS10.0statistical software to its logical data and mathematical analysis, the finaldraw conclusions:Problems of the following five aspects of private universities currently ChengduPhysical Education:1. Lack basic equipment, sports facilities and venues, unable to meet the requiredteaching and student learning, many colleges and universities do not have indoorstadiums. 2. Physical Education system needs to further adjust and improve relevantmanagement efforts of some schools is not enough, Also part of the school’s flexiblemechanisms, sports funding in sufficient quantities, the introduction of innovativesports ideology, follow the laws of Physical Education, Physical Education makesgood development.3. PE teacher education is generally not high and younger, larger workload ofteachers, but wages are not high, the lack of female physical education teachers. Sportsinsufficient level of scientific research and related incentive mechanism is not perfect.4. Lack of student sports appropriate counseling teachers, lack of character and lackof after-school sport sports training. Intramural sports competitions conducted relativelygood condition, but the lack of appropriate between interscholastic athletic activities.5. Total hours to reach the national standard of sports only three, in addition to sixcolleges and universities does not meet the total national university sports curriculumlesson Guidelines requirements. In terms of materials and lack of features over a single,unable to meet the learning needs of students. In a related examination, assessment ofstudents ignored the social adaptability, comprehensive psychological and physiologicalfactors.Combined with China’s Ministry of Education regulations and spirit of thedocument and personnel training plans and objectives of higher education, privatecollege sports on the current status of the reform and adjustment following aspects:1. Improve investment stadium construction;2. Improve sports management mechanisms;3. Encourage students to participate in athletics and amateur sports;4. Improve faculty construction, the introduction of highly educated and high levelsof teacher attention to training and the introduction of female teachers;5. Physical Education Reform to improve enforcement.
