However, other forms of sports organizations are limited. Meanwhile, the management system is not too sound. PE teaching team is not so reasonable and the numbers of teachers are quite different. There is even a serious shortage of sports teachers in some academies. Most of the teachers are much younger, and their professional titles have irrational structures. In addition, the high title is seriously deficient. The academic structure is better. All the teachers had undergraduate education or higher, but the research capability is generally in a lower level. The number of education years and hours can meet the national requirements in undergradudate universities, but it is quite contrary in some higher vocational schools. The teaching documents are basically complete, but the type of teaching is single and the class type is too large; The extra-curricular physical activity is comparatively weak, and the extra-curricular sports training is abnormal, The competitions of sports are small and fail to conduct a wide range. The differences of sports equipment between various colleges and universities are serious, and some can only manage the basic teaching.National Ministry of Education should make every effort to strengthen the management of private universities, and should give policy support to promote the development and construction of school physical education. A unified sound management of school sports system in private universities should be formulated. Strengthen the construction and improvement of teaching staff.
