Research On Current Situation And Development Countermeasures Of Pe In Henan Privately-owned Colleges

This thesis presents the status quo of private colleges of Henan Province and illustrates the predicaments and problems the private colleges have confronted in their physical education. By approaches of referencing, investigating, statistical and interviewing, the thesis integrates relevant theories as pedagogy, logic, science of physical culture and sports with the status quo of pedagogical reforms about college physical education. The status quo that mentioned above involves departmental leaderships, tutors, students, education management, teaching, qualifications of teachers, extracurricular sports activities, team training, and sports equipment. With statistical software SPSS 10. 0 and logical analysis, the article will make conclusion. Here are the results:1. The management of private colleges of Henan Province' s physical education isn' t consummate, colleges don't have sufficient regard to the physical education management.2. There are only 3 colleges reach the National standard class hour, beside, there are 5 colleges don' t implement credit hour system. Teaching materials lack of Private College feature, teaching content is single, and can not fully meet the interests and hobbies of students. Physical education teachers with lesson plans rate reached the proportions of 86.7%. Physical examination of students ignored the comprehensive study, such as the physical, psychological and social factors.3. On the whole, private college student favorite extra-curricular physical exercise, but they didn' t have enough of counseling physical education teachers. With the lack of after-school sports training backward, education teachers did not have the strength of the prominent characteristics of sports. Extra-curricular sports competitions in a better situation, but there isn' t enough sports exchanges among schools. 4. Physical education teachers are younger, but the female teachers are the relative lack. graduate students or higher proportion of teachers are less, Title are low, heavy workload, the treatment needs to be raised. Sports scientific is backward, and lack of incentives to promote mechanisms.5. Sports facilities meet the basic needs of teaching, but especially lack indoor sports venues.Aim at Henan Province for the people of college sports status quo, with China' s higher education personnel training objectives, refer the national documents and regulations of the education sector, this paper take the following measures:1.
