In the sportscolleges and universities table tennis learning on the number is relativelysmall, but puts forward higher requirements for teachers’ teaching effect, the studentsunderstand the degree. For example, general class students skills, hobbies, favoritedegree, individual physical differences, put forward higher requirements of tabletennis teaching method.In this study, using the research methods of literature, questionnaire, expertinterview, experimental science, and combining the substitute experience for manyyears, in the table tennis elective course teaching in the introduction of the "doubleteaching method", from different levels of students, the students betweenthe personality, common organic unifies in together, cooperative learning, inspire students’learning motivation, to improve the general class students skills, optimize theteaching effect of table tennis class objective, to promote the overall developmentof students in general course of the individual to the greatest extent.The feasibility is verified through experimental studies of "doubleteaching method" in the sports institutions in the class and good teachingeffect, provides the reference for the "double teaching method" in table tennis electivecourse and the teaching practice to improve the quality of. After a semester teachingexperiment, a series of "double teaching method" research and practice, throughextensive investigation, analysis of the data by the statistics, draws the followingconclusion:(1)The use of "double teaching method" teaching than the use of teachingtraditional teaching methods of teaching effect good college table tennis sport, inthe form of teaching organization, teaching methods, classroom atmosphere, teachingmethods, learning effect of the five dimensions of teaching effect of "doubleteaching method" is better than the traditional teaching method the learning effect dimension, especially more significant.
