Experimental Study On The "Double Teaching Method" In Physical Education In The Teaching Of Table Tennis

Table tennis is known as Chinese "the country ball", has more extensive massfoundation, the entertainment, fitness, sports in order to melt together, by all threegenerations of people, general class students are part of loyal fans. In the sportscolleges and universities table tennis learning on the number is relativelysmall, but puts forward higher requirements for teachers’ teaching effect, the studentsunderstand the degree. For example, general class students skills, hobbies, favoritedegree, individual physical differences, put forward higher requirements of tabletennis teaching method.In this study, using the research methods of literature, questionnaire, expertinterview, experimental science, and combining the substitute experience for manyyears, in the table tennis elective course teaching in the introduction of the "doubleteaching method", from different levels of students, the students betweenthe personality, common organic unifies in together, cooperative learning, inspire students’learning motivation, to improve the general class students skills, optimize theteaching effect of table tennis class objective, to promote the overall developmentof students in general course of the individual to the greatest extent.The feasibility is verified through experimental studies of "doubleteaching method" in the sports institutions in the class and good teachingeffect, provides the reference for the "double teaching method" in table tennis electivecourse and the teaching practice to improve the quality of. After a semester teachingexperiment, a series of "double teaching method" research and practice, throughextensive investigation, analysis of the data by the statistics, draws the followingconclusion:(1)The use of "double teaching method" teaching than the use of teachingtraditional teaching methods of teaching effect good college table tennis sport, inthe form of teaching organization, teaching methods, classroom atmosphere, teachingmethods, learning effect of the five dimensions of teaching effect of "doubleteaching method" is better than the traditional teaching method the learning effect dimension, especially more significant. Thus, application of the "doubleteaching method" in college table tennis elective course in recognition ofhis students, teachers.(2) The sports college table tennis in the use of "doubleteaching method" than using traditional teaching methods of teachinghelps stimulate sports college students learning motivation, stimulate theinitiative, sports college students learning enthusiasm, improve thetechnology, physical activity, social interaction, hobbies, finish five learningmotivation dimensions are improved, especially to improve the technical, socialinteraction, three dimensions of interest effect is more obvious.(3) The sports college table tennis in the use of "double teaching method" inteaching and the traditional teaching method teaching to a certain extent, can promotethe general classes on the movement of the master, just take the "doubleteaching method" in teaching can enhance the table tennis technologylevel students; in addition, in the three basic techniques of table tennis(backhandblock, forehand smash, the forehand flat serve), forehand attack technique, theforehand flat serve technology using the "double teaching method" are better thanthe traditional teaching method.(4)In table tennis sports in the use of "double teaching method" of teaching,education, teach students in accordance with their aptitude in the teachingprinciples have been better reflected, individual differences of college sports is to takecare of, the dialectical unity of generality and individuality between general classstudents, promote the general class students the development of maximum,not onlyreflects the fairness of education, but also more suitable for college tabletennis better promotion and implementation.
