For a long time, the central and the National University has always attachedgreat importance to teacher team building. In2005the Ministry of Educationpromulgated the "on the strengthening of the construction of College Counselor’sopinion" document, once the teacher team construction as a long-term work, alsomake clear provisions on how to selection, training, assessment and incentives forteacher. Various colleges and universities on the basis of this, and gradually establisha suitable for the conditions of the school teachers training mode.The author is currently in Zhengzhou W college and has served as class work,through a questionnaire survey of10teachers of this school interviews and100headteachers found: in the current teacher team building process of the W Institute inZhengzhou, there still exist many problems, such as class fuzzy; selection, trainingand assessment system is not perfect; incentive mechanism not perfect and so on,seriously restricting the school teacher team construction, affect the physical andmental health of university students in a certain extent.Herzberg’s two factor theory as the most important part of the many incentivetheory, has the important guidance and reference significance to university teacherteam building. In this paper, two factor theory, the questionnaire survey of100teachers in this school as an opportunity to analyze and Research on the existingZhengzhou W college teacher management problems. A positive role by a profoundunderstanding of "encouragement" and "health" two factors analysis, seek thecountermeasures to solve the problem of university teacher management, which caninspire the enthusiasm of their work, and ultimately to promote common developmentof school, teachers and students.The full text is divided into six parts. The first part is the introduction, introducesthe research background and significance, literature review at home and abroad, putforward the research ideas, research methods and research innovation; second part ofthe status quo survey of teacher management in Zhengzhou W college; the third partthrough the collation and analysis of questionnaire investigation, summarizes theexisting Zhengzhou W the college class management problems; fourth part of analysis on the management of the W Institute in Zhengzhou; the fifth part analysisthe use of countermeasures to solve the problems on the management of ZhengzhouInstitute of W’s two factor theory; the sixth part put forward the limitations of thestudy and future.
