Headmaster's cohesion power is mainly expressed in the following three factors: 1. conducive to the formation of collaborative work; 2. conducive to improvement of work efficiency; 3. conducive to boosting staff's morale. The main factors influencing headmasters' cohesion power can be divided into macroscopic factors and microscopic factors. The former mainly includes the headmaster's qualification system, headmaster's selection system, the evaluation system of the headmaster and the headmaster's position power, while the latter chiefly consists of the headmaster's charisma, the school's campus culture, the school's interpersonal relations, the way the headmaster operates the school and the school's common vision. Macroscopic strategies include perfecting the headmaster's qualification system, establishing the selection system of headmaster, improving the professional training of headmasters, improving the incentive measures of headmasters and implementing the headmaster's accountability system.
