Recently, psychological sub-health problem has gradually extended to college students. Mental health of college students has been paid attention from all walks of life increasingly. According to the new definition of four aspects of health(namely, physical health, mental health, social adaptability health and moral health) proposed by WHO, sub-health refers to the problems caused by psychological features decided by heredity and congenital conditions under the influence of environment. It is the halfway between mentally healthy and mentally ill. Its manifestation for unknown reason is thought disorder, mental fatigue, emotional disorder, diffidence, fear,anxiety, mental disorder, remoteness, solitary, impulsion, thought of suicide and so on.According to the research concerning the condition of students’ mental sub-health by scholars in the past, the mental sub-health problems of students in vocational college have been growing. Statistically, over ten millions of youngsters are mentally sub-healthy. 250,000 of them died because of mental health problems. 90% of suicide victims are suffering mental illness internationally, and 60% of those nationally. In this context, the SCL 90, which is world-famous mental health test scale, is used as a survey instrument. The test result of 2400(2260) students in four vocational colleges in Jiangxi province has found that 12.52% students are mentally sub-healthy. By analyzing the data, the three major factors affecting the mental state of vocational college students are family factor, college factor and society(enterprise) factor.According to the statistic analysis and many documents, the way to correct students’ mental sub-health problem in vocational college has been found that we should explore family, college and society(enterprise) factors and combine coordination theory with them. The correction of mental sub-health problem cooperatively in vocational college can be achieved by making full advantages of the three factors.1. Family and College Correcting CooperativelyCounseling courses about psychology are specifically offered for some parents by college, in order to help the parents whose children are suffering mental problems get some knowledge of psychology, recognizing what is mental sub-health and how to deal with their children’s mental problems. By implementing home-visit system, college is required to know students’ family condition actively, thus parents can know the college evaluation about students and students can feel the attention on them from college. The mental sub-healthy problems therefore can be corrected from the psychological aspect.2. College and society(enterprise) Correcting CooperativelyCurrently, vocational colleges are establishing educational mode of close cooperation between college and enterprise. Cooperation between college and enterprise is a double-wins mode which emphasizes cultivating high quality and high professional qualification, school learning and enterprise practice, sharing of resource and information between college and enterprise. We should improve the cooperation between college and enterprise, and strengthen mental counseling for students in vocational college. The goal of cultivating high-skilled talents tends to turn into cultivating high-skilled and high-quality talents, thus win-win-win situation of college, society(enterprise) and students can be achieved instead of win-win situation.3.balancing the steady run of cooperation system by establishing students mental health filesColleges tend to follow up students mental state in real time by establishing students mental health files. Consequently, the correction process of mental sub-health problem can be controlled by the order parameter of file system, and the normal operation of the whole “associative mechanism of family, college and enterprise” can be reached, resulting in students’ healthy psychological level and realizing the aim of psychological correction genuinely.
