In the present on the learning effectiveness evaluation, The paper as the carrier of theevaluation methods are still in the mainstream position. However, on the mathematicslearning effectiveness based on the examination syllabus have no special study. At the sametime, Although the country has formulated the unified examination outline, but with thechange of education reform, The biggest problem we’re facing is that learning effectivenessevaluation of students still does not have uniform standard, the direct impact followed is thatthe teachers do not understand the student’s learning situation, to improve the teaching levelhas brought great challenges.In order to meet the teachers to grasp the situation of student learning needs andexpectations, it is necessary to make a further improvement on the present evaluation theory,at the same time, do some research on the mathematics learning effectiveness based on theexamination syllabus level, improve measures and means to optimize the learningeffectiveness evaluation, take this as an opportunity to accelerate the establishment ofteaching reform and the process of evaluation system, establish a scientific, rational andtechnical specification evaluation system, carry out and implement the teaching reform.Therefore, the author chose “Learning effectiveness evaluation based on the examinationsyllabus requirements and analysis of exam paper” this problem as research content.In this study, high school mathematics examination syllabus as the fundamental startingpoint, the situation of students’ answer the test as the main basis, based on the related theoriesof educational evaluation for clues, under the course standard of mathematics science paper asthe evaluation scope, discusses some problems about evaluation of the effectiveness of thesenior high school students in mathematics learning.The study combined with the characteristics of mathematics, formulate the examinationpaper evaluation system suited examination syllabus standard for the first time. Secondly,mathematics examination paper in Hainan high school as the sample to analyze, in addition,according to the need, do some questionnaire and interview survey to experts in the relatedresearch fields and high school teachers, receive the conclusion of the research and furtherthinking.
