Although research on teachers’ job burnout at home and abroad in recent years gradually increased, but specializes in ethnic areas on university teachers burnout minimal. In this study, the Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture of Yanbian University Teachers for the study, from the level of organizational behavior through causal relationship between individual and organization fit, organizational commitment and job burnout among these three variables to analyze university teachers the fit of the individual and the organization as well as the overall state of burnout, examining the relationship between the three dimensions of burnout and job fit of individuals and organizations, and to examine the effects of individual and organizational fit of the effect of job burnout, and comprehensive survey mediating effect of organizational commitment in the goodness of fit between the individual and the organization and job burnout. Finally, by analyzing the results presented to effectively prevent and reduce teacher burnout countermeasures and suggestions. This study not only provides further research for the future of individuals and organization fit, organizational commitment and job burnout relationship a theoretical basis, but also to the personnel departments of the University of minority areas, for university teachers stability, improve the degree of fit between the individual and the organization and teachers’ organizational commitment levels and ultimately reduce job burnout provide a reference.In this study, summarized and degree of personal and organizational fit, organizational commitment, job burnout basic research literature on the establishment of a research model and hypotheses, Yanbian University,500teachers conducted a survey; using factor analysis, structural equation analysis, the use of a software package SPSS15.0and AMOS7.0model checking, and the obtained data were statistically analyzed to arrive at the individual and organizational fit, organizational commitment, the causal relationship between job bumout. Specific conclusions are as follows:(1) the average of the results of job burnout is2.590, a medium range, overall job burnout is not serious, but still indicated that most teachers have been affected to varying degrees of job burnout;(2) the degree of personal and organizational adaptation policies have a significant positive impact on organizational commitment;(3) individuals with colleagues fit of organizational commitment has a significant positive effect; goodness of fit;(4) the individual and the organization of work promises a significant positive effect;(5) the degree of personal and organizational policies fit with significant negative impact on job burnout;(6) the degree of adaptation of individuals and colleagues have significant negative impact on job burnout;(7) individuals and adaptation of the work of job burnout has significant negative impact;(8) organizational commitment has a significant negative impact on job burnout;(9) organizational commitment from the indirect effects of an intermediary role in the research model. |
