Management and teaching is inseparable relationship in theteaching, an effective classroom management can create a goodteaching environment for teachers. Gradually along with ourcountry elementary education curriculum reform, classroommanagement has become an important force in the new curriculumreform. New curriculum reform requires not only focus onstudents’ cognitive development, pay more attention tocultivate students’ emotion, attitude and values. Thehumanities connotation has become the new curriculum conceptsupported by the core value orientation of classroommanagement.This paper defines first through the literature retrievalmethod of consulting a lot of literature related concept ofhumanity, chemical classroom management and connotation, andthen elaborates on the humanities classroom management valueidea and the practice philosophy. Then according to thehumanistic values of classroom management philosophy andpractice philosophy, through the questionnaire survey wasconducted on270students from the class of time management,the chemistry teacher classroom management, classroomenvironment, classroom management strategies, classroom management effect on a random sample of your Guiyang No.2MiddleSchool, Guiyang No.8Middle School, University high schoolthree schools, to understand the existence of high schoolchemistry classroom management problems; combined withinterviews of11chemistry teacher of Guiyang second interviewstudy, to understand their mode of classroom management, theway of classroom management and the confusion of classroommanagement; At the same time, different classroom managementexperience three chemical teachers’ behaviors in variousteaching time allocation and distribution of eyes, questioningstrategies, such as a way for classroom tracking observationand comparative analysis; Finally, combined with my internshiphigh school chemistry classroom to the school teaching research,And sort out the humanistic classroom management relatedcases.Through the above study found that the new curriculumreform advocated by the humanistic classroom managementconcept and practice there are still lack of different level.Then analyses the direct reason of lack of humanism in chemistryclass of senior middle school and the indirect reason, aimingat the two aspects of the school and the teacher of chemistryand puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for thereference.
