On the basis of the inspection and investigation into the present teacher management, this thesis revealed three major phenomena of lack of solicitude for humanity widely existing in teacher administration: "Authority-orientated Management" that the power is regarded as the center of management and the managers do everything according to their own willing completely "matter-orientated management" that the persons in the organization are dealt as matters or thought them as subsidence of matters; extreme, "students-orientated management" that students are served as the focus of all the work, and the children are excessively respected while the teachers' value are sacrificed as the cost.This dissertation analyzes the various reasons leading to the alienation phenomena in the teacher management:"Authority-orientated management" has been being fostered for the deep-rooted officialdom culture which resulted form monarchic autocracy for thousands of years; "matter-orientated management" has been being strengthened for partial view on humanity hypothesis and unreasonable evaluation system;the extreme "student-orientated management" has been being prospered for children centralism and the phenomenon of "little emperors" in the families with only on child.In the third chapter of this paper the writer puts forward some reasonable suggestions to solve the problems. Firstly, a new kind of organization culture should be set up instead of the autocratic officialdom culture by making a social treaty for strengthening legal supervision and restricting the privacypower, restoring the human nature of resisting encroachments and defending freedom, and encouraging the teachers managers to take an active part in setting up organization culture of democracy, freedom and mutual love. Secondly in order to get out of the error region of "matter-orientated management" , the managers should improve their accomplishment of manage theory, connect solicitude for humanity with each part of the manage process such as decision, leading, control, communication, etc. Finally, to solve the problem of extreme "student-orientated management" , we should considerate towards both the students and the teachers. While people respect the students, they should make an effort to improve the teachers' value of life.
