Classroom management is a prerequisite for the smooth progress of teachers'classroom teaching activities and achieving teaching objectives effectively. The quality of management not only affects the teaching effect directly, but also plays a subtle role in the students' physical and mental development. With the deepening of the new curriculum reform and the development of the classroom management theory, allteachers are required to change their traditional management concepts and reform the teacher centered and the single "control-obey" classroom management to realize the Democratic class management which is based on student oriented, multi participation,combination of monitoring and incentive. However, throughout the current research on classroom management the author find that the concept, connotation, theory, current situation and cause analysis, strategy and suggestions and other theoretical level research of classroom management are too much, but based on the management concept of the new curriculum reform, the specific, operable classroom management strategy and the research on teaching practice are little. Especially for the classroom management of information technology in primary school, because of the characteristics of students' physical and mental development and the particularity of information technology teaching in primary school, it makes it difficult for the novice teachers or the lack of classroom management experience of Primary School of information technology to take effective classroom management methods based on the new curriculum reform Management concept to manage students. Therefore, on the basis of analyzing the existing research results and the relevant theories of classroom management, this paper designs a kind of operable "integral reward + multi-party participation" classroom management strategy and makes the application and research of teaching practice in the information technology classroom.This thesis mainly adopts the literature method, classroom observation,questionnaire survey method, interview method, and quasi-experimental method.Based on the investigation and analysis of the relevant literatures and the current research on the current situation of information technology classroom management in primary schools, with the help of the existing classroom management theory, the paper designs an operable "integral reward + multi-party participation" classroom management strategy based on the new curriculum reform concepts: firstly, make the class codes of conduct, determines the integral reward rules, set management rules and invite parents to participate in cooperation; secondly, select an information technology experiment class in the internship school at random and implement the classroom management strategy for one semester; finally, make analysis for the effect of the implementation of classroom management strategies from the three aspects data which are the change of students' classroom performance and the inner psychological attitude and the satisfaction of parents, furthermore, it can also provide some references and strategy guidances for the novice teachers in other subjects and the teachers that Lack of classroom management experience.
