In recent ten years, with the world-wide development of the curriculum reform and movement of the effective teaching, classroom management attracts more and more attention. Many new theories, ideas, patterns and operative methods evolved, in this way classroom management manifests distinctive time characteristic and development tendency in value orientation, administration idea and action strategy. Student oriented and all for students are the focus in the new curriculum reform, therefore, teachers are required to change the traditional teaching management methods. Management strategy should be included in the idea of classroom management in new curriculum reform, the focus should be transferred from teacher oriented to student oriented; As for the classroom teaching control, from external control to internal control; guidance of classroom management, from behavior control to satisfying student's demand; The content of classroom management, from discipline management to advancing teaching methods. These all are the key points in the present analysis paper.Classroom misbehaviors will not only affect the class teaching efficiency and the regular learning activities, but also influence the student's physical-mental health. Therefore, analyzing the expressions and their induced factors scientifically, exploring the method of correction of classroom misbehaviors and the strategy of regulating the classroom misbehaviors, are important aspects in classroom learning and discipline management. Only when the classroom misbehaviors are under efficient regulation, can an active, harmonious and happy classroom teaching environment be created, and the classroom learning activities be carried out orderly and constructively.
