In today’s rapid development of information technology, the speed of scienceand technology faster and faster, the E-learning consequent to adapt to this newproduct information explosion era. E-learning training system is completelydifferent from the traditional classroom face to face new learning mode. Employeesit has openness, autonomy and an important feature of the stage, through a varietyof forms showing a specific and comprehensive learning content, is the E-learningsystem through training, learning job skills, professional knowledge, think ofexercise ability to enhance interaction and communication between staff andtraining, and by improving the overall quality of its own staff, employees can makeuse of learning outcomes E-learning training system was at work, thinking andproblem solving. So as to enhance the level of talent across the enterprise, enhancethe competitiveness of enterprises in the industry. As a leading military figureVanguard domestic large supermarket chains, must keep up with the trend of thetimes, adhere to the development and growth of the enterprise E-learning trainingsystem, so as to enhance their level of personnel structure, and thus further enhancethe effectiveness of employees working for enterprises to increase more interest andcan be maintained in the industry long-term competitive advantage.In this paper, the theoretical basis of E-learning as a starting point, throughinternships at Vanguard, Vanguard introduced in detail the existing training methodsand characteristics, and the use of theoretical analysis in addition to the existingVanguard E-learning training the problems, and to further explore how to optimizeVanguard E-learning enterprise performance appraisal training content, so as toachieve further development Vanguard E-learning system of training.A total ofcontents of this paper is divided into the following areas:1.
