| Colleges and universities are places where numerous students gather, study, research and live. The physical and mental health status of students in the process of growth are directly affected by living conditions, learning environment, facilities, public order situation and security management capabilities of the campus. All the times the security levels of colleges have been determined in accordance with the checklist items scores after expert inspection on-site. In view of the problem of safety evaluation index system in the domestic university, the paper comprehensives, complements and optimizes the research from the aspects of system integrity, representative of indicators selected, operability and practical of evaluation method. Based on the connotation of security, the content of security evaluation is divided into two subsystems, physical and mental health of students and public security in campus. And then consideration to the evaluation requirements of people-matter-environment-management,6first-level indexes are chosen to ensure the integrity of the system elements;20second-level indexes are selected to link the connection and definite the direction;52third-level indexes include the operational factors concerned by the university security. Finally the mathematics application ability of researchers and users both are considered in the choice of the evaluation algorithm. The evaluation index system becomes more scientific and reasonable after optimization, which lays a good foundation for creating safety evaluation method of universal college.Based on the depth analysis of the establishment of the college campus safety evaluation index system and evaluation method, combined with the monitoring indicators of campus security monitoring work network, the paper determines dynamic evaluation index, establishes dynamic safety evaluation system of universities. The paper has been showed the dynamic evaluation system and the current evaluation method, selects actionable analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation adapted for universities, as the main research methods of this paper. In this paper, the establishment of dynamic evaluation model as the core, the WEB evaluation software based on B/S structure is developed to reduce enormous workload of traditional evaluation, to make the evaluation without time limit, to achieve the visualization results of the evaluation at the same time. The evaluation results are basic reliable through computational analysis of examples, which is of great significance and value in use for the security monitoring work of universities.Due to one-sidedness and limitations of personal expertise, diversity of campus factors, complexity and uncertainty of dynamic evaluation model, this writer has merely done some preliminary research on college dynamic evaluation. A lot of issues still need to be refined and improved in future research work. |
