The comprehensive development ofnetwork era, the social progress and the quality of college students and puts forwardnew requirements for college students, which requires students to have caring,dedication, responsibility, mutual love and public spirit, values and personality, thedevelopment of the times the visible network culture with the foster public spirit ofCollege students.
