Family relationship has been an important topic of sociological research. Today,the distinctive one-child generation has entered the marriage hall, this generation infamily relationships deal with Family relationship different from the traditional way.What they have to face more problems of high house prices. In such a grim situation,Marriage house how to buy must shape the way forward to generate family relations,this opens a new door to research family relationships with the characteristics of thetimes.This study was designed from the theoretical perspective of gender roles,discussing the purchase process and way of marriage house how to form family relationships(couple relationships, Intergenerational relations),and how to change family relationships, to reflect the change in the trend of urban youth male and female on the views of love, marriage, family concept with the background of highmarriage house prices. In this paper, the combination of the background of soaring high house prices. Through the case interviews of qualitative research methods, exploring two different ways to purchase the marriage house and its influenceon the formation to both men and women psychological status and marital relations, law relationship and family relationships.
