Since it turns to the new century, China has developed rapidly in the economicsociety. In order to meet the social demand for talents, the higher education has alsoembarked on the road.From1999, a short span of over10years, there are329newly built localundergraduate colleges. When those independent colleges are added, there turns to be632more undergraduate colleges.These colleges cultivate students who are mainly in the face of enterprises andinstitutions that are in the front of economic development, especially cultivateapplicable talents for enterprises.When taking a panoramic view of the current cultural plans, however, there existsan obvious drawback in most of them, which is the insufficient professionalmanipulative working ability of the graduates.Although all these universities almost clearly position themselves, they cant’sprovide or offer good professional experimental base while cultivating applied talentsduring the process of teaching.This kind of phenomenon also ever existed in the Europe and American countries.However, their governments has already made the policy support after a period ofpainful flounder, the enterprises have also known the advantages of the cooperation ofcultivating talents with colleges. As well their society has set up the concept oftraining applied talents.This paper explores the situation of China’s road of school-enterprise cooperationfrom several aspects based on the ideas above. Here come the details:The first part describes and analyzes the background of the cooperativeschool-enterprise talent training and the current situation on studying this problem.The first gives the research route.The second part discusses the particularities, problems and reasons onschool-enterprise cooperation in applied undergraduate colleges. This part points outthe historical mission of the cooperation between the applied undergraduate colleges and the enterprises, which is: to cultivate the applied talents who adapt to the society,to develop regional economy needs the support of talents and intelligence, to innovatein technology needs the cooperation of the colleges and the enterprises.The third part discusses the way of the cooperation between the appliedundergraduate colleges and the enterprises. This part points out that the appliedundergraduate colleges should carry out cooperation education due to the demand forthe enterprises. It also points out the applied undergraduate colleges’ mission ofserving for the local economy and development of the society. At the same time toregard the school-enterprise cooperation as important carrier of innovation ineducating talents.The forth part elaborated the importance of the government in school enterprisecooperation in Applied Undergraduate colleges. This part points out the government’seffective action in the construction of the school-enterprise cooperation. As well thegovernment comes out necessary policies to build cooperation platform forenterprises and universities and establish scientific evaluation mechanism forschool-enterprise cooperation.The fifth part is the conclusion. This part summaries the obtained studying resultsof this paper and provides a new direction for the further research in the future.
