| With the development of our society,the economy enters new normal,and the constant adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure.So the society needs more diverse talents.The homogeneous talent which the higher education cultivated cannot meet the need of vocation.In 2015 the ministry of education,the national development and reform commission,the ministry of finance issued Guidance on Transform Parts of Local Ordinary Undergraduate Universities into Applied Undergraduate Colleges and Universities which actively promoting the local undergraduate universities development,enhancing its service capacity of the regional economic development and establishing industry cooperation and development platform.In recent years,the study about school-enterprise cooperation has increased,such as alternation of working and learning,industry-education integration,modern apprenticeship,industry-university-research integration and so on.These whether in theory or practice all provides guidance to practical significance for local universities.Through the literature review of the study about the school-enterprise cooperation of colleges and universities at home and abroad and the mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation education in applied undergraduate colleges and universities.Funding the previous study is not systematical and some questions need to carry on discussion.Refer to large literature,combing the concepts of applied undergraduate colleges and universities,school-enterprise cooperation and cooperation education mechanism.Based on the theories of “the education and the productive labor unify” and “the stakeholder theory”,and based on the practice of the school-enterprise cooperation in German,America and Australia.This paper elaborated the development background and history about school-enterprise cooperation education in applied undergraduate colleges and universities in our country,as well as analysis its special features differ from higher vocational colleges and research universities are cultivating both theoretical and practical applied talents and mainly serving the regional economic development.Based on large literature review and comparative study,analysis the advantages and disadvantages of school-enterprise cooperation education in applied undergraduate colleges and universities at this stage.Then the paper analyzed the cause of the problems from the aspects of university,enterprise and government.There are four reasons for these problems,such as lacking of school-enterprise cooperation education concept,the development of “double type” teacher lag,lacking of cultural integration construction between college and enterprise and lacking of strong policy guidance from the government.According to the mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation education has many stakeholders.This paper discusses how to build the mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation education in applied undergraduate colleges and universities from the aspects of university,enterprise and government,and how the three aspects play its own role.Applied undergraduate colleges and universities play a core role.They improve the personnel training system and curriculum system,and cultivating the faculty with ample practical experience and knowledge to enhancing their quality of talents.Enterprises play a main role.They should communicate with applied undergraduate colleges and universities actively and realized that only cooperate with colleges can cultivate the real talents which conform the enterprises’ long-term development needs and playing their corporate social responsibility.Government plays a security role.They should improve legal safeguard,optimize multi-linkage governance mechanism and strengthen supervision and guidance. |
