Research On The Operation Management Mechanism Of The “excellent Plan” Based On The Training Mode Of Applied Talents

The Ministry of education in June 2010 launched the "excellent engineer education and training program"(hereinafter referred to as "excellence plan") is China’s deepening of higher education reform, and promote the strategy of talent power strategy, the main task is to establish a new mechanism for college and enterprise joint training talents, reform of the application oriented personnel training mode, training a large number of innovative ability, meet the needs of economic development of high-quality engineering and technical personnel.Firstly, this paper expounds the connotation of the excellent plan, analyzes the necessary connection between the application and the implementation of the plan, and puts forward the problems that exist in the two aspects: on the on hand, the old training mode is not conducive to the training of engineering talents; on the other hand, the operation management mechanism of the excellent plan is not perfect. These problems affect the successful implementation of the training objectives of the excellent plan. Secondly, the problem is based on the two major modules of the detailed analysis and research. Finally, some suggestions are put forward to solve the problems.In the process of the research, the literature research method is used to search the related literature, analyze the innovation, and then form the theoretical system of this paper. Comparative approach is used to compare he theory research and implementation of the domestic and foreign engineering education, college-enterprise cooperation. Lead to deep thinking; explore the essence of application oriented talent training mode. The author used case study method to analyze the implementation of the excellent planning and application oriented talents training of the relevant professional undergraduate students in Huaihai Institute of Technology. Social investigation method is also used in this paper. That is to collect the feedbacks from the relevant training modes, college-enterprise cooperation, the teacher team’s construction and other issues.
