A variety of teaching methods,teaching mode and learning methods which basedon network technology, digital media technology, information technology emerge inendlessly, and applied in our education, they accelerated the pace of reform of highereducation. Applying technology to promote education reform has become themainstream of the current education development. At the same time, in the knowledgeinnovation, technology innovation, industry innovation of information era, thedemand for talent is no longer recognition of highly educated and high scores, butcreative ability, practical ability, cooperation ability and high level talents withadvanced thinking ability. Institutions of higher learning which convey talents for thesociety, choose a suitable and effective teaching mode to teach,and training creativeability, cooperation ability, practical ability of students is very important,"Just-in-time-teaching"is the generation and development or thisgoal."Just-in-time-teaching"comes from the United States,"Just-in-TimeTeaching(JiTT for short)"is a teaching and learning strategy based on the interactionbetween web-based study assignments and an active learner classroom. The modelembodies the Blending Learning thought and idea, is a integrated of traditionalface-to-face teaching and E-Learning, neither ignore the teacher’s dominant position,at the same time is also very good to grasp the students’ Learning self-efficacy andprotagonist."Modern education technology" is a required common course for students innormal colleges, it can train the ability of students’ information literacy andinformation technology.Learning this course can prepare for their future career aheadof time, also the new curriculum reform of elementary and middle schools teacherinformation technology ability standard photograph echo.In this study,the author chose the the module teaching of public course"teachers’information technology foundation" as an example in northwest normal universityafter access to relevant information,and chose two classes in the practice. Firstly,summarize the theory research and application of "just-in-time-teaching" mode;Secondly, as a pretest of students,the author use the traditional E-earning meth toteacher the classes who should learning the curriculum of teachers’ information technology; Thirdly, the practice class use the "Just-in-time-teaching" mode inteaching, contrast class still use the old mode of teaching, then practice results afterthe test; At last, the author summarizes the advantages of the model used in teachingafter the practice research, and puts forward the suggestions of applying the"just-in-time-teaching" mode. This study is expected to provide the reference to theteachers who use the "Just-in-time-teaching" mode.
