In order to adapt to the needs of the construction and development of education in China, tocultivate the high-level, multi-channel vocational type and application expertise, the AcademicDegrees Committee of the State Council passed a resolution in1996to begin setting the Degreeof Master of Education, and started to enroll students in the experimental work in1997, whichprovide a platform for the information technology in primary and secondary school teachers toobtain a graduate degree. In order to better promote the country’s economic construction andsocial development of the urgent need for high-level talents, and actively carry out a professionaldegree in education with Chinese characteristics, the Ministry of Education decided to expand itsrange of enrolling since2009, and began to recruit fresh graduates to carry out full-timeprofessional education master. The full-time professional education master is set to create a newmodel, the training of primary and secondary school teachers, which training objectives forhigh-level occupational type and application of primary and secondary school teachers, it is clearprofessional and orientation requirements attaches great importance to the process of practiceteaching ability to take the union of universities and primary and secondary school instructorstraining mode.As a branch of the professional degree, Master of Education Degree only a few more thanten years, but full-time professional education master truly into public view from2009, and allaspects are still in the exploratory stage, there are still some problems. For example, the settingorientation of curriculum system is still relatively vague, it is an urgent problem. Therefore, thetopics of full-time professional education master have certain significance in theoretical andpractical.As a core aspect for personnel training, curriculum-setting plays a vital role in the quality ofpersonnel training, this study intends to explore from the angle of curriculum system setting formodern education technology specialty in full-time professional education master postgraduatetraining, which plays an important role for promoting their pre-service teachers’ professionaldevelopment. The research questions are as follows:1.What are subject teachers of informationtechnology in primary and secondary schools teaching ability?2. How existing curriculumsystem that modern education technology specialty in full-time professional education master?3.According to the structure of the table of information technology in primary and secondaryschools subject teachers teaching ability and the analysis of the existing curriculum system, summarize the main draw of this study that the settings of curriculum system for moderneducation technology specialty in full-time professional education master.Firstly the development of the scale, through literature research, expert interviews, andeventually come to the teachers’ teaching ability structured questionnaire that IT disciplines inprimary and secondary schools teachers; On this basis, with the subject teachers discussion ofinformation technology in primary and secondary schools in order to make further modificationsto the questionnaire of teaching ability, and come to the final scale; Then conducted interviewsand surveys with the modern education technology specialty in full-time professional educationmaster graduate students, to find deficiencies in their current lack of teaching ability and coursesfor the findings, thus to explore the settings of curriculum system for modern educationtechnology specialty in full-time professional education master from the three aspects ofcurriculum structure and curriculum content, curriculum implementation and curriculumevaluation.Mentioned in this article, the curriculum that the modern education technology specialty infull-time professional education master need to focus on the practice of the orientation, coursesteaching need to focus on linking theory with practice, focusing on clinical teaching andsimulation teaching, and focus on training effective combination of units and off-campuspractice bases. As a result, the course structure and content, curriculum implementation, andcurriculum evaluation for modern education technology specialty in full-time professionaleducation master, to emphasize professional practicality and emphasis on teaching practice, andto set up practice base, the implementation of the educational internship institutionalized help fortheir future education and teaching, so that they can easily in actual teaching.
