Compulsory primary school curriculum grades3-6to set up acomprehensive science, middle school grades7-8for the branch of biology,physics, chemistry. Biology teaching junior high school, elementary schoolscience education is based on the implementation of a higher level of scienceeducation. Only organic convergence of science teaching in primary schoolsand junior high school biology together, they could build a scientific andcomprehensive knowledge systems biology. As the new national curriculumreform, convergence integrated science and biology to become Division mustsolve the problem of convergence between research disciplines for students tolearn science and biology teachers teaching has an important significance.In this study, the basic situation of teaching Guiyang integratedcurriculum of primary and junior secondary stage of the division courses,based on the primary science curriculum standards of life in parts of the worldjunior biology curriculum standards were compared. Through a questionnaire,on the part of junior high school students in Guiyang, the elementary schoolscience teachers and teaching junior high school biology teachers and otherinvestigations of articulation.Elementary and junior high school biology for scientific articulationanalyzed showed a small junior high school biology class marked a strongunity and convergence of ideas in the curriculum. From the theme, the contentis relatively small at the beginning complete, but have different emphases,there is a clear convergence point on the course content, content standards,including the interface between the same progressive and supplements.Therefore, teachers should pay attention to the small early teaching theseconvergence points, building knowledge networks in education by helpingstudents to enable them to continue to revise the existing knowledge networks,supplement and perfect.Through the survey showed that:(1) The majority of students interested inscience and biology, but some students find difficult to junior high schoolcompared to primary content increases,13%of the students said to be lowerthan the primary scientific interest, nearly half of the students in adaptingteaching junior high school transition certain difficulties exist. A survey showsthat the majority of primary school science teachers relatively young, and there are many non-professional and science teachers in science education,teaching experience is still rich enough, some teachers are still unfamiliar withthe curriculum standards. Teacher shallow sense of convergence, manyprimary and middle school teachers are less noticed little early convergence ofcontent and teaching communication and a lack of communication betweeneach other. These are one of the important factors affecting the teaching ofconvergence.(2) At the elementary level, students have not mastered preview, classnotes, study habits and preparation before the experiment, a strongdependence on the teacher’s learning initiative and questioned the ability is notstrong, heavy memory and imitation. Junior high school just started graduallydevelop study habits and self-learning, cooperative learning began to learn toexplore and insights. Teachers in teaching methods should improve students’classroom participation, students focus on positive thinking and hands-onexperiments to enhance students’ awareness and ability to cooperate.(3) Although the majority of primary school science teachers focus on theuse, including exploration, including a variety of methods to guide teaching,but15percent of science teachers rarely opened Biological Lab. Most of theteachers in the teaching of multi-use presentation and demonstrationexperiments, as well as to explain the experiment to replace the studentshands-on experiments, or given directly explore issues; most teachers paymore attention to students ’thinking and activity level of training andenthusiasm of students’ classroom performance, and for students to explorethe evaluation of consciousness is not getting enough attention. These mayaffect students discover and explore the issues raised, such as the ability todesign experiments ideas weaker students to explore the reasons for the pooroverall awareness.
