Research On Cultivating The Sense Of Social Responsibility Of Minority University Students In Xinjiang

Nowadays, the rapid development of science and technology, human qualitieshave become increasingly demanding by social development. Strengthen thecultivation of college students is the urgent task of social responsibility and socialdevelopment. Minority College Students are not only the future builders of thecountry, but also the rapid development of Xinjiang’s pillar, and the strength of itssocial responsibility will directly affect the country’s development and commonprosperity of all ethnic groups. How to cultivate high-quality talents with strongminority social responsibility is currently training of ethnic minority cadres inXinjiang priority.This paper consists of five parts，the first part is an introduction，whichdescribed herein background，significance，research status，research ideas andmethods，difficulties of this article，focus，innovation.The second part is cultivate social responsibility theory outlined, which startingfrom the definition of key concepts, focuses on the social responsibility of nurturingcontent, and theoretically explains the basic principles and practical significance ofsocial responsibility nurtured.The third part is the social responsibility Survey Analysis, the MinorityCollege Students in the relevant data from existing surveys，it based on the analysisof social responsibility mainstream minority students in Xinjiang positive aspects，pointing out the weakness of social responsibility performance of minority studentsin Xinjiang.The fourth part，combine with the survey data, pointing out the weakening ofsocial responsibility reasons for Ethnic Students from subjective and objectiveaspects.The fifth part， proposed Minority College Students cultivate socialresponsibility strategies.
